  1. Prices are subject to change according to size, complexity, and detail of the piece.
     

  2. The client must provide clear and concise references/descriptions of their character(s) in order to avoid confusion.
     

  3. Clients are welcome to contact me for updates and are able to request changes (within reason) during the process.
     

  4. Payment takes place part way through the process after I've sent you a first WIP and will be done through PayPal. Final pieces will be sent through email so that you can receive the full high quality image.
     

  5. If the piece is cancelled part way through the process (after payment), 50% will be refunded.
     

  6. All prices are in USD.
     

  7. The commissioned piece will be posted to my personal blog(s) and websites to prevent theft. For a full list of places that the piece will be posted to, please refer to this webpage.
     

  8. All sales are final (as in, once final piece has been delivered) and commissions will generally be finished 1-2 months (depending on complexity) after payment has been processed.
     

  9. The commissioned piece cannot be used for commercial purposes and cannot be redistributed. The client may not make any profit off of the piece including digital prints, physical items, etc.
     

  10. The client retains all rights to their character(s). This does NOT allow them rights to the piece. The client must contact me to receive permission to upload the piece to personal websites.
     

  11. I retain all rights to the piece of artwork itself, including the rights to make prints and merchandise.
     

  12. I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to rude or inappropriate behaviour and/or poor communication.
     

  13. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
     

  14. The client may NOT alter the piece of artwork itself. If permission has been obtained to post the piece to personal websites, the client must give credit to me.

  15. I may recycle thumbnails and sketches rejected by the client for other commissions and pieces.
     

  16. The client must read, understand, and agree to all terms above. By clicking "I accept", the client agrees to the above terms. Alternatively, by continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to the above terms.

Terms of Service

Refund Policy

  1. If the client wishes to cancel the commission before the payment, there are no repercussions. The commission will be cancelled and no further action will be taken.

  2. If the client wishes to cancel the commission after the payment and before the full piece is finished, only 50% of the full price paid will be refunded.

  3. If the client wishes to cancel the commission after the payment and after the full piece has been finished and/or delivered, there will be no refund.
